"My name is Joseph Thomas, but most know me as Philly Joe. I'm from Philadelphia. Born and raised in a city that doesn't forgive weakness. Growing up, I made choices I'm not proud of. I got in trouble. I went down paths that could have destroyed me. But somewhere in that chaos, I found something that gave me purpose: art. Before tattoos, there was graffiti. Late nights on city walls, teaching myself to turn blank concrete into something that mattered. That's where I learned discipline. Twelve years ago, I picked up a tattoo machine. What started as a way out became a calling. This studio represents more than business. It's proof that your beginning doesn't dictate your ending. Newtown trusted me to be their first.
